Sorting pallets manually places such a strain on employees that we have chosen to automate the entire process.

Restoring EUR-pallets

Danpal can restore your EUR pallets. This means that, as a minimum, the used, restored pallets you receive from us will have the same load-bearing capacity as new EUR pallets. And this doesn’t happen by itself. Read about our concept below.

Cleaning: The worst of the dirt is brushed off first and then the pallet is vacuumed using an extremely strong vacuum cleaner.
Pressure test: Your pallet is pressure tested to ensure that it can meet the EUR pallet requirement of bearing a 1,500 kg load. The test ensures that there are no weak points on your pallet.
Nailheads are hammered into the pallet: Finally, an FEM nailer is used to ensure that there are no nails sticking out from the deck of the pallet.
